Medical Business Office Staff Member
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Must be able to multi-task, be dependable and self-motivated
• Duties may include but are not limited to: scheduling surgeries, obtaining insurance verification and benefit information, maintaining medical record requests, handling patient payments and collections, checking in patients for surgery, and answering the phones.
• Experience with AP processing and posting cash receipts into accounting system
• Prior experience in healthcare setting highly recommended
